Service Refunds

For live coaching or diagnostic sessions:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session for a full refund
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior timely cancellation/re-shechuling results in forfeiture of payment
Service Issues: If you are dissatisfied with a session (within the first 10 minutes after session starts) you may use your right to cancel session and get a full refund.

Technical Defects

If digital content is technically non-conforming (e.g., corrupted file, inaccessible content), your remedies are:

Request a functional replacement
If the defect cannot be cured, receive a proportionate price reduction
